RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FAITH FORMATION STUDENTS
1. ATTENDANCE
Students are required
to attend all classes throughout the year on Sundays. Any student
who is irregular with
his attendance will be counseled and the student's parents or
guardians will be informed.
However, a student who is absent from class due to illness
shall be excused provided
a medical chit is produced to the class teacher. Should a
student be absent because
of a genuine or critical reason, the parent or guardian of the
student must give a
letter to the class teacher. An eighty percent(80%) attendance is
required for any one
year for promotion to the next year.
2. PUNCTUALITY
All classes begin at
10.30am on Sunday and ends at 12.00am. Students who enter the
class after 10.40am
will be marked as late for class. Students who are habitually late will
be counseled and the
students' parents or guardians will be informed.
3. DRESS CODE
Students are required
to dress appropriately, indecent dressing or revealing clothes and
wearing of slippers
will not be allowed.
4. MOBILE PHONES
All mobile phones must
be switched off or put to silent mode during class.
5. CONDUCT
Students should show
good conduct during class and at school. Foul language,
inappropriate behavior
or fights will not be tolerated.
6. PARTICIPATION
Students are encouraged
to participate in all activities or seminars organized by the class
or the school. Students
should complete all class assignments given to them by their
class teacher. Students
are encouraged to be attentive and responsive in the class.
7. PARENTS' INVOLVEMENT
Parents, as co-educators
of faith formation of their children, are encouraged to be
actively involved.
