WEDDING PREPARATIONS

The requirements for those intending to get married in the Catholic Church

are as follows:-

A) You are to meet the Parish Priest 6 months before marriage.

B) The documents to prepare before you meet the Parish Priest are as follows:-

    1) Photographs (Passport size, 2 copies each)

    2) I/C Photocopy of Bride and Bridegroom.

    3) I/C Photocopy of 2 Catholic Witnesses.

    4) Recent Extract of Baptism Certificate.

    5) Confirmation Certificate.

    6) Fee of RM150-00 (payable to the Church)

 

Once you have prepared the above items and before you make an appoinment to meet the parish priest, kindly fill in this "Wedding Preparation Form" (This form will e-mailed direct to Rev. Fr. Ferdinand.)
